Qualifications

Responsibilities

• MineStar hardware and software issue identification and resolution for dealers and customers.
• Advocate for dealer/customer to resolve issues with product development engineering.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and deliver field follow ups.
• Provide 24x7x365 incident management and coordinate Field Follow objectives.
