Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Product Support professional to provide MineStar hardware and software issue resolution for dealers and customers. The role includes incident management, coordinating with engineering, and supporting NPI projects.

Based in Tucson, AZ, this full-time onsite position requires travel up to 10% and relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7x365 incident management and rapid issue resolution.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and diagnose MineStar hardware/software issues for dealers/customers.
• Coordinate with Product Development Engineering to resolve product issues.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and deliverable preparation.
• Escalate top priority issues and manage CPI/CER tickets.
• Serve as liaison among Caterpillar teams and customers to ensure corrective actions.
