Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Mining Technology & Change Consultant for the MineStar product family. You will lead technology implementations at customer mine sites, coordinating people, processes, and technology to transform mining operations.

You will own the implementation from planning through deployment, working with mining customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams. Travel across North America is required.

Qualifications

• Customer focus with experience at mine sites or mining operations.
• Strong technical aptitude for mining technology and OT systems.
• Experience guiding customers through technology implementation and change.
• Clear communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to solve problems in technical, operational, and project contexts.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead MineStar implementations at customer mine sites from planning to deployment.
• Serve as the key point of coordination for customers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Understand customer operation, challenges, and site-specific needs.
• Lead change across people, processes, and technology for successful adoption.
• Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and overall success.
• Understand MineStar solutions and configure/implement per requirements.
• Provide documentation, training, and functional specifications to customers.
• Participate in quoting and invoicing as part of the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve MineStar implementations across sites.
