Caterpillar Inc. in Northern Nevada seeks a MineStar Application Specialist to support and maintain autonomous haul truck systems at the mine site. You will work with customers to ensure systems run smoothly, driving safety and productivity through cutting-edge mining technology.

The role is based on site with a 7/7 day/night rotation, offering relocation assistance and close collaboration with Caterpillar engineers and field teams. Experience with MineStar and Power BI is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with mining technology and MineStar systems.
• Strong field support and troubleshooting background.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Implement MineStar Command and optimize system performance.
• Build trusted relationships with customers through collaboration.
• Support MineStar Command Office Supervisors, Builders, Controllers, and Technicians on system performance and downtime reduction.
• Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration, including QA/QC processes.
• Measure, benchmark, and report on system performance; identify improvement opportunities.
• Create training materials and process documentation for ongoing learning.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize production and efficiency.
