Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Technical Sales Rep/Account Manager for North America mineral processing and flotation, reporting to the US Country Manager. You will manage strategic accounts, identify opportunities, and deliver technical solutions that create measurable value for customers.

You will lead laboratory and plant trials, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain a strong CRM-driven pipeline. This role requires travel up to 50% across the USA and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, metallurgy, mineral processing, chemistry, or mining-related field.
• 5–7+ years in mineral processing, flotation, technical sales, or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of flotation circuits and mineral processing chemistry.
• Experience conducting laboratory and plant trials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with regional objectives.
• Manage strategic customer accounts and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Lead technical sales discussions and deliver value-based solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct laboratory and full-scale plant trials.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Prepare technical reports, commercial proposals, and business reviews.
• Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
