Hudbay is seeking a Mine Site Administrator to support the Cactus Mine Project near Casa Grande, AZ. The role focuses on administrative tasks, travel coordination, and data management to keep site operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, supporting safety data collection, and coordinating communications across teams. Strong organizational skills and confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, with experience in mining or industrial environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence for the project and health & safety teams.
• Maintaining and submitting site leadership expense reports.
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as required by management.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial records.
• Support site management in scheduling and coordinating daily operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
