Job summary

Hudbay USA is seeking a Site Services Supervisor for the Cactus project in Arizona. The role oversees maintenance and operations of core site facilities, drives safety compliance, and leads a team of technicians and maintenance personnel.

You will manage scheduling, inspections, and equipment reliability while aligning with Hudbay's safety and environmental commitments. Prior mining site experience and OSHA/MSHA training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years working in facility maintenance or plant operations.
• 2+ years serving in supervisory or lead roles.
• Active MSHA or OSHA training credentials.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Previous experience at a mining operation.
• First Aid: CPR or relevant medical certifications/training.
• Experience with utility interfaces related to water and sewer systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance and operation of core facilities (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, structures).
• Implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and sustain infrastructure.
• Respond to unexpected equipment failures to restore operations.
