Hudbay Minerals U.S. Business Unit is seeking a Site Services Technician in Casa Grande, AZ.

You will be responsible for daily facility maintenance, infrastructure support, and site service operations for the Cactus Project, ensuring high availability and adherence to safety standards. This hands-on role requires experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, the use of CMMS and Google Workspace, and collaboration with operations, engineering, and vendors to keep equipment

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance/electrical experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in CMMS and Google Workspace.
• Capable of working at heights or in confined spaces when required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and installations on active mine facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate inspections and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair facility equipment and respond to emergencies.
• Record inspections, work orders, and maintenance logs accurately.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
