Job summary

Hudbay Minerals U.S. Business Unit in Casa Grande, AZ, is seeking a Site Services Supervisor to oversee maintenance across site facilities, fieldwork, and workshops, reporting to the Project Superintendent.

You will lead technicians, manage external contractors, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and contribute to budgets while ensuring reliable operations. Candidates with 5+ years in facility maintenance and 2+ years supervisory, MSHA/OSHA, and SAP experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical certification or trade diploma (HVAC or electrician) preferred.
• 5+ years facility maintenance or plant operations experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory or lead roles.
• MSHA or OSHA training credentials.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance and operations for core site facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Lead preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and preserve plant infrastructure.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across field operations.
• Supervise technicians, manage external contractors, and coach staff performance.
• Oversee spare parts, tools, budget monitoring, and documentation of maintenance activities.
