Responsibilities

• Provide management with performance and leadership coaching and investigative guidance.
• Support administration of Company policies, programs, and the collective bargaining agreement.
• Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, interviews, orientation, and employee records.
• Collaborate with site HR Manager to plan and implement HR programs.
• Coordinate with HR team and Central HR to develop organizational development programs and compliance training.
• Assist Montana Operations HR and maintain relationships across HR and operations leadership.
