Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of related experience.
  • Mindfulness background preferred but not required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support faculty, researchers, and visiting professors with courses and seminars.
  • Plan and coordinate events, travel, reimbursements, and honoraria.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports via Concur.
  • Assist with letters of recommendation and administrative tasks.
  • Act as liaison among professors, fellows, students, and external partners.
  • Perform basic legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis.
