Our client a well known University is seeking a Program Coordinator in their New York, NY location!
Provides administrative support for student orientation, recruitment, and admissions activities, including coordinating application logistics and supporting communications.
Assists with student communications, including distributing newsletters and sharing program updates and deadlines.
Supports academic course logistics, including classroom scheduling, coordinating course approvals, assisting faculty with learning management system setup, and compiling course evaluation materials.
Serves as a student-facing point of contact for general program inquiries and directs students to appropriate university offices (e.g., international services, bursar, registrar) as needed.
Provides general coordination support related to student milestones and program requirements under departmental leadership guidance.
Assists with coordination of student officer hiring and onboarding processes, including tracking materials and supporting communications.
Supports purchasing, expense tracking, and reimbursement preparation in coordination with administrative staff.
Assists with logistical coordination of academic and student appointments in collaboration with the administrative unit.
Provides task guidance to work-study students as assigned.
Assists with operational coordination of program events, including room scheduling, catering arrangements, and participant communications.
Provides on-site support for events as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned – 5%
