Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. preferred.
  • Minimum of three years in an academic or professional environment.
  • Experience in law school or higher education is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and multi-platform data systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; professional interaction with faculty.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain academic program information across catalogs and portals.
  • Coordinate new course proposals and curriculum approvals.
  • Manage faculty data and onboarding for full-time/adjuncts.
  • Support accreditation and reporting to ABA, AALS, and others.
  • Administer Graduate Tax LL.M. operations: admissions, scheduling, and tuition.
  • Plan events and communications for Graduate Tax Program.
  • Provide administrative support to Academic Affairs and Dean’s Office.
