Columbia University in the City of New York is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to support the Law School and University operations. Reporting to the Executive Director of Student Services, you will help schedule Law School spaces and assist with events and administrative tasks.
The role requires strong communication, the ability to work in a high-volume environment, and careful handling of confidential information, with some overtime and collaboration with diverse colleagues.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Student Services and working closely with other members of the Student Services staff, the Student Services Coordinator will interact with students, faculty, and administrators from the Law School and the University. They will assist faculty, University administration, teaching assistants, and students in the day-to-day scheduling of Law School spaces. In addition, they will also be responsible for supporting the Director of Operations in helping student organizations plan events and performing various administrative tasks for the office of Student Services.
