Job summary

Alo in Old Town Alexandria seeks a Sales & Service Manager to lead guest experience and drive store sales. You will partner with the General Manager to develop service strategies, coach the Sales & Service team, and ensure floor coverage and client relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to move on the floor. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Agile and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Independent work ethic with strong time management.
• Constant movement around the store and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities; partner with General Manager to close gaps.
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience; coach to address gaps.
• Build and maintain client relationships with customers daily.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with General Manager to shape and implement the Sales & Service strategy.
