ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience and drive engagement in our store. You will lead the team on the sales floor, deliver product education, and coach associates to close sales while maintaining a sanctuary-like atmosphere.

The role focuses on relationship-building with customers, strategic use of reports, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence and outstanding service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision making.
• Receptive to feedback and able to provide feedback.
• Must be able to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor with product education and coaching.
• Build and maintain client relationships daily.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; implement action plans.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
