Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor with strong product education and active coaching of the team. You will build daily client relationships, analyze performance data, and drive growth initiatives while ensuring optimal sales coverage and execution of store directives.

The role requires leadership, resilience, and a hands-on approach to training, people development, and delivering ALO’s service standard across the sanctuary environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
