Job summary

America Works of New York Inc. seeks a Site Director for its Milwaukee, WI on-site program. You will oversee daily operations of the W-2 workforce development site, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong participant outcomes, reporting to the Regional Director.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in supervisory/director roles, and experience in workforce development. Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce is required; Milwaukee residency or relocation is essential

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree minimum; graduate studies encouraged.
Must be local to Milwaukee, WI OR willing to relocate immediately.
3+ years supervisory/director-level experience.
Direct service experience in workforce development or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and infrastructure of the W-2 program site to ensure compliant, effective service delivery.
Supervise and support facilities and program staff, including career coaches and front desk staff.
Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance management and professional development of staff.
Ensure services are participant-centered and aligned with program goals and contract requirements.
Manage building infrastructure, budgets, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Provide regular updates and operational reports to the Regional Director.
