Career Team is seeking a Project Director to oversee a WIOA program, primarily onsite in Santa Fe/Farmington, NM. You will ensure alignment with the project’s strategic plan, manage staff, and maintain program integrity across workforce functions.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll lead a team of professionals delivering results under strict compliance and performance standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, knowledge of WIOA contracts, and the ability to work in a

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Masters or MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of operational leadership and management experience with knowledge of WIOA contracts/programs preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of WIOA, TANF, SNAP, and other workforce development contracts/programs.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead a team with different working styles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge about the local region and relevant workforce partners preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and program monitoring.
• Drive metrics and performance; coach front line staff and create service delivery plans.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of policies for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary local contact and contract liaison for the funding source.
• Lead a team to execute program initiatives and support employee growth.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and annual performance evaluations.
