The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in operations/finance, and proven ability to manage complex projects with accuracy and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible operations/finance experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations, facilities, and space management with focus on safety and readiness.
• Oversee talent acquisition workflows and staffing processes.
• Manage annual operating budget and district/partner billing with accuracy.
• Define and optimize site platforms, systems, and compliance with HQ colleagues.
• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
