Job summary

Dohrn Transfer Company, LLC is seeking a full-time Account Executive for the Milwaukee area in a remote, outside sales capacity. You’ll split time between field visits four days a week and a home office one day per week, travel up to 20% as needed, and build/expand an existing book of business within the Milwaukee territory.

You’ll earn a base salary of $70,000–$90,000 with quarterly bonuses up to $3,000 (up to $12,000 yearly) and additional incentives for new business.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in a hunter role and ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Experience with B2B local market selling and prospecting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing book of business in Milwaukee territory.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in a competitive market.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value customers and use CRM to maximize productivity.
• Negotiate with confidence to secure profitable accounts and exceed targets.
• Sell Pitt Ohio Supply Chain services for additional bonus opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
