Job summary

BuildingPoint Partners – Midwest & Gulf Coast is seeking an FTG Account Manager I to join our Field Technology Group in Milwaukee. You will manage and grow a designated territory across our field technology portfolio.

You’ll identify opportunities, develop new relationships with contractors, expand existing accounts, and coordinate internal resources throughout the sales cycle to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and territory-management skills.
• Ability to develop new relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Self-starter with remote territory experience.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and sales performance in the Milwaukee market.
• Prospect into new contractor accounts and expand relationships.
• Lead customer discovery and identify business needs across BuildingPoint’s portfolio.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from qualification to close.
• Coordinate with the Advanced Solutions Group on complex opportunities.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure post-sale adoption and success.
• Develop account strategies to increase penetration and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
• Build relationships across contractor organizations including field operations and leadership.
