Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Millwright in Kingman, AZ. The role involves installing, aligning, dismantling, and moving industrial machinery, plus performing preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating and fixed equipment.

You will read blueprints and schematics, diagnose faults, and repair or modify components as needed. Travel to customer sites is required; safety and accuracy are emphasized in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial/mechanical maintenance or field service.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with rigging, hoisting, welding, and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating and fixed equipment.
• Inspect components for wear, damage, and alignment issues.
• Use precision tools like laser systems, dial indicators, micrometers, calipers.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; diagnose faults.
• Repair or replace components; fabricate or modify equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other trades.
• Maintain records of work, parts used, and time spent in CMMS.
• Travel to job sites; maintain safety and cleanliness.
