Job summary

WorkNovaX seeks a skilled Millwright to join our Arizona team. You will troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment in line with plant policies and safety standards. You’ll perform preventive maintenance to prevent downtime and work with operations to prioritize needs.

You will read diagrams and manuals, follow manufacturer specifications and ensure precise installation and alignment. A strong track record in hydraulics, pneumatics and welding is essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years journeyman millwright experience
Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics
Fabrication, torch cutting and arc welding
Reading blueprints and precision measurements
Precision installation and alignment
Troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, conveyors, rollers, pulleys and shafts

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment per plant policies
Perform preventive maintenance to identify mechanical defects
Collaborate with operations to prioritize maintenance needs
Repair machinery including motors, hydraulics and pneumatics
Read diagrams and manuals for installations
Uphold safety and environmental guidelines
Support targets for production, waste and quality through maintenance
