Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Millwright to repair, maintain, and install industrial equipment across manufacturing sites in the Midwest. You will read complex blueprints, work with pumps, conveyors, piping, and other machinery, and perform precision alignment and testing.

Applicants must handle varied conditions and use a range of hand and power tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices. A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in industrial maintenance.
• Strong safety awareness and OSHA knowledge.
• Good math skills for measurements and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and installs industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, and piping.
• Reads technical instructions and blueprints to guide repairs and upgrades.
• Aligns, tests, and tunes machines to meet specifications.
• Dismantles and reassembles equipment as needed for maintenance.
• Keeps safety logs and documents inspections; supports OSHA compliance.
• Prepares equipment groundwork for new installations and improvements.
