Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team, supporting automation systems and engineered mechanical solutions across the United States. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems in industrial settings.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, machine integration, and can operate with precision in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing and/or automation environment.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the United States.
• Willingness to work weekends, split shifts, daily overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, and assemble mechanical equipment such as automated machinery, robotics, conveyors, and custom mechanical systems.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and mechanical layout plans.
• Work closely with engineers, electricians, and automation technicians to implement complex mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with automated and engineered equipment.
• Utilize hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools to assemble and move mechanical parts.
• Ensure all mechanical systems meet safety and performance standards.
