Qualifications

• Minimum: 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s if education not met).
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors in your department, handling estimates and orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to replace stock.
• Assist with pricing per policies and support checkout and service requests.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
