Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years of external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistive aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining Lowe’s products and services.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors within your department; provide project estimates, plan installs, process orders, and track progress.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and collaborate with vendors/stores to reorder stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing and documentation.
• Support checkout functions and respond to requests for assistance.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach around development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
