Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with Engineering, Project Management and Safety, and develop leaders, with a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of manufacturing leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 7-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3-5 years managing multiple departments in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure OSHA/compliance adherence.
• Direct production, scheduling, materials, quality, maintenance and shipping.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and profitability; drive cost reductions.
• Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the facility.
• Coordinate with Master Scheduling, Engineering and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop supervisors and future leaders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP process discipline.
• Oversee maintenance and facilities for reliable operation.
• Support regional alignment and cross-site collaboration.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost goals.
