Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and production operations for efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise a team of 6+ employees with direction and accountability.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain equipment and promote a safe, clean work environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Provide accurate production updates, reports, and metrics in meetings.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Utilize labeling equipment and identification systems to support processes.
• Ensure daily travelers, documents, and transfers to shipping are accurate.
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment based on demand.
