Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors seeks a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and shop floor activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead Supervisors, Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers while aligning work with company policies and customer requirements in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

The ideal candidate has strong operational leadership, a track record of driving productivity, and experience with Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and production workflows.
• Lean principles and continuous improvement experience (5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency with technology including laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and operational activities across assigned teams.
• Plan and manage workflow while maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Monitor team performance and address challenges to maintain productivity.
• Promote continuous improvement and Lean practices to reduce waste.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance; conduct safety meetings and incident investigations.
