Job summary

RMB Products is seeking an Operations Director to lead manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and safety across value streams. You will drive continuous improvement, align with strategic growth, and manage budgeting and capital planning.

This hands-on leadership role reports to executive leadership and partners with finance and engineering teams. The candidate will champion Lean principles, optimize production through cross-functional collaboration, and build robust KPIs and forecasting to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Value Stream Management and Operational Excellence transformation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute the Annual Operating Plan for Safety, Quality, Productivity, On-Time Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and Growth.
• Develop and implement processes, metrics, and accountability measures to drive improvements across the site.
• Maximize plant efficiency, product quality, throughput, and profitability while managing budget and capital planning.
• Collaborate with Finance for cost and profitability analysis and with other functions to remove bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement roadmap and ensure adherence to operating procedures.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional departments supporting Operations Value Streams.
