Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing/supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean techniques, and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings; ability to interpret technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Direct production schedules, staffing, and materials/inventory management.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production Planning on schedules and supplier relationships.
• Lead supervisors and manufacturing engineers to meet productivity, efficiency, and Lean goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage performance evaluations, coaching, and personnel actions for direct reports.
• Analyze operational results against budget/forecast.
