Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience in at least one trade discipline.
• One or more years of construction supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee milling operations on construction sites and ensure quality and timelines.
• Supervise and direct assigned crew members; coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Interface with clients, inspectors and project stakeholders to maintain safety and satisfaction.
• Lead daily huddles, plan manpower and equipment, and optimize productivity.
