Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of milling operations on construction sites.
• Supervise hourly crew members and coordinate manpower and equipment.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, and project collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality results.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety programs and lead daily huddles and field meetings.
