• Discusses daily plans with field manager and determines safest, most productive method.
• Performs maintenance tasks (cleaning, greasing, fluid checks) on equipment.
• Operates equipment with safety as a top priority for all nearby workers.
• Communicates clearly with crew to achieve daily goals.
