Allan Myers is seeking a skilled construction equipment operator to run asphalt pavers, rollers and milling machines on milling and paving projects. You will ensure safe operation, perform routine maintenance, and keep equipment in good working order.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the field manager to plan daily work, completing tasks safely and efficiently, and adapting to varying site conditions. Overnight travel and night/weekend shifts are common during peak season.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma required or plus
• 2 yrs equipment operating experience required
• Related work experience required
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsabilités

• Operate asphalt pavers, rollers, milling machines, and related equipment safely
• Maintain equipment through cleaning, greasing and fluid checks
• Coordinate with field manager to plan daily work and meet deadlines
• Work in varying weather and site conditions and ensure safety
• Communicate clearly with crew to achieve daily goals
