Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (GED).
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience in at least one trade with one or more years supervisory experience.
• OSHA 10 hour required; Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly crew members and direct activities on milling projects.
• Plan and schedule manpower and equipment to meet project needs.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and field staff to ensure on-time, quality completion.
• Enforce Allan Myers safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate performance expectations to crews.
