Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade
• One or more years of supervisory experience preferred
• OSHA 10 hour required
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Oversee asphalt paving operations and crews
• Plan manpower and equipment; schedule as needed
• Coordinate deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors; ensure safety, schedule and customer satisfaction
• Follow Allan Myers Safety Program and preplanning to identify conditions and exposures
• Collaborate with Field Managers, Superintendents and customers to implement project plans
• Provide on-the-job training to crewmembers
• Communicate performance expectations for productivity, quality and safety
• Prepare timely documentation for change orders, time and materials, PO receipts and invoices
