• High school diploma or GED required; relevant degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years milling and paving experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to certify within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates technical proficiency in milling and paving operations.
• Understands project plans, estimates, budgets and production rates.
• Plans staffing and schedules to maximize crew productivity and safety.
• Supervises field managers and coaches crews; optimizes equipment utilization.
• Reviews cost with Project Manager and field managers; adjusts as needed.
• Coordinates with owners, engineers and field managers to execute project plans.
• Inspects work to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
