Job summary

McKinley-Paper-Company-Master seeks a Team Leader to act as the Shift Supervisor for a 100% recycled closed-loop mill. You will guide the production area, including paper machines and stock prep, with full site command during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, quality assurance, training, and maintenance coordination to sustain high efficiency and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in the paper industry with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred; equivalent industrial experience considered.
• Proven ability to lead shift-wide operations and manage non-business hours autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift-wide manufacturing operations for paper mill and stock prep areas.
• Serve as ranking site leader during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across personnel and equipment.
• Develop operator skills through training plans and cross-functionality.
• Coordinate maintenance, shutdowns, and outages with maintenance department.
• Monitor costs, waste, and process efficiencies; drive continuous improvement.
