You will mentor department teams, provide performance feedback, and coordinate with superintendents to drive initiatives and incentives.

The role emphasizes leadership during nights and weekends to meet production goals. BS in pulp and paper or engineering is required, with at least two years in mill operations.

Qualifications

• BS in pulp and paper, engineering, or equivalent work experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• Two years of applicable work experience in paper mill operations.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-shift management representative to ensure safe operations and environmental compliance.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance feedback across shifts and departments.
• Support department managers and teams, driving initiatives and mill-wide improvements.
• Focus on nights and weekends to align with production goals.
