Job summary

You will lead paper machine and stock preparation operators, ensuring safe operation, quality compliance, and efficient production during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of paper mill operations and safety procedures.

• Oversee night/weekend/holiday operations as the ranking site leader.
