Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a shift supervisor for the paper machine area in the mill to directly supervise an operations crew of 10+ hourly employees and to actively lead safety, quality, housekeeping and lean manufacturing strategies.

The role also involves managing and monitoring machine performance using KPIs, coordinating routine shift maintenance tasks, and providing training to hourly staff with the department trainer to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent + 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
