Dexter, NM-based fairlife, LLC is seeking a Milk Receiver to handle receiving, testing, and maintaining quality standards, with basic maintenance of equipment and sanitation. The role requires adherence to GMP, safety rules, and food safety requirements.

The position operates on a 12-hour day shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and every other weekend. Compensation and benefits align with production roles in the region.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass drug test and background check.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic computational skills; simple math and reasoning.
• Team-oriented and self-directed.
• Experience with high speed production lines.
• Proficiency in English: reading and writing.

Aufgaben

• Follow all safety, GMP and workplace rules.
• Operate safely on equipment and follow procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs; report malfunctions.
• Monitor equipment via gauges and sounds to ensure proper operation.
• Clean equipment and surrounding areas for audit readiness.
• Adhere to color-coded container policy in Production Areas.
• Maintain regulatory records and quality/process checks.
• Assist in training new personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
