Job summary

fairlife, LLC is a Chicago-based nutrition company that produces dairy products and beverages. Webster, NY location seeks a processing operator to run aseptic tanks and UHT equipment, adhering to GMPs and maintaining precise process records.

You will monitor heat exchangers, document parameters, and support QA testing while following safety protocols and shift procedures. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must work in a safe, efficient manner and follow all safety procedures including the use of safety equipment.
• Must be able to troubleshoot small problems and discern when to seek input from higher authority.
• High School diploma or GED is required; good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess or obtain an Industrial Truck Operator License.

Responsibilities

• Operate Aseptic Tank and UHT equipment safely and monitor process controls.
• Follow GMP rules and reporting structure of Processing Supervisors.
• Perform start-up, operation, and shut-down procedures accurately.
• Take accurate product samples for QA testing and monitor CIP/COP processes.
• Complete MSS, CL, and CIL tasks on time and maintain accurate records.
