Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Associate degree + 4 years' experience may substitute for a bachelor’s.
• High school diploma + 6 years' experience may substitute for a bachelor’s.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and their families.
• Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
• Develop and distribute informational financial materials to service members and families.
• Coordinate, publicize and provide a wide variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
• Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars.
• Utilize virtual counseling or other electronic communications (web, chat, video) as needed.
• Manage duty to warn situations per DoD protocol.
• Communicate with leadership and participate in supervision to discuss trends and issues.
• Participate in regular in-services, training, quality committees, or other contract activities.
• All other duties as assigned.
