Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Performance Educator to join the Ready and Resilient Training Services in Hinesville, GA.

The role centers on delivering resilience and performance enhancement instruction to DoD personnel, their families, and DA civilians at multiple installations. The educator will graduate from the Army Master Resilience Training Course and be a certified Army Performance Expert, teaching in group and individual settings with a focus on practical mental skills and

Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport or performance psychology.
Membership in professional associations such as AASP, CMPC, or ABSP is desired.
Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
Ability to operate general office equipment and related media.
Strong communication skills, ability to work under time pressure, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Attends training exercises and field operations to coach clients and leaders on performance psychology techniques.
Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for families and civilians in demanding environments.
Recommends improvements to program operations and conducts routine operational duties.
Performs assessment, supports evaluation and research projects, and briefs VIPs as required.
Develops professional development related to performance enhancement and military knowledge.
