Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Performance Educator for the Ready and Resilient Training Services (R2 TS) program at Fort Knox, KY. The role focuses on teaching resilience, performance psychology, and related human performance skills to DoD personnel, their families, and DA civilians.

Responsibilities include delivering programs, assessing outcomes, and presenting to leaders. A Master’s in a relevant field and military teaching experience are preferred; US citizenship is required,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport/performance psychology.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military/DOD personnel.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and coaching in resilience and performance psychology.
• Deliver tailored educational programs and workshops for Families and Civilians in demanding environments.
• Assess program outcomes and support research projects.
• Provide briefings to VIPs and leaders when required.
