Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Performance Educator to support Ready and Resilient Training Services (R2 TS) at Fort Campbell, KY. The role focuses on resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement for DoD personnel and families.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology from an accredited institution.
Experience teaching or coaching, preferably with military or DoD personnel.
Ability to travel as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
U.S. citizen in good standing.

Responsibilities

Attends training exercises and field operations as requested by units to coach clients on performance psychology techniques.
Provides tailored educational programs and workshops to help Families and Civilians in demanding environments achieve goals.
Recommends improvements to program operations and conducts routine duties.
Performs routine program operational duties.
Conducts assessments, assists in program evaluation, and supports local research projects.
Assists or provides briefings to VIPs and leaders when required.
Develops and maintains professional development across performance enhancement and military knowledge.
